Hello Pinehurst Hills Residents!

Please see the attached 2022 Annual Meeting Election Results. There were five (5) positions available for election, with six (6) candidates running. However, due to a lack of quorum for the Annual Meeting and Adjourned Meeting, the majority of the members present, voted to conclude and adjourn the Annual Election until the following year. The current Board of Directors will remain in place until their respective successors are elected or appointed.

Even though quorum was not met, the Board would like to thank all the owners who submitted their ballots for the 2022 Annual Election!
