Proposed Rule Change-Increase in Architectural Review Fees and Parking Rules

An Increase in Architectural Review Fees and Parking Rules and Regulations Rule Change was recently mailed, emailed and posted for the membership to review and comment. The Board of Directors reviewed and considered your comments during the Board meeting held on March 13, 2024. After careful review and consideration, the proposed rule changes were adopted as presented.

Notice of 28-Day Comment Period for Revised Parking & Towing Rule Changes

Dear Pinehurst Hills Owners,  

We are writing to inform you of important changes to your community’s parking and towing rules, which were recently revised approved for a 28-day comment period by the Board of Directors during the February 8, 2024 regular session meeting.  

The Board has carefully considered and approved proposed changes to the parking and towing rules within our community after review by the association’s legal counsel. These changes aim to enhance the efficiency, safety, and overall quality of life for all residents. Primarily, the proposed changes will add further circumstances in which vehicles can be towed within the community, outside of street sweeping. The community has seen an increase in parking of prohibited vehicles and these changes will enable vehicles to be towed more effectively. A summary of the proposed changes is attached for your review. Please note, the red text denotes changes approved during the November 29, 2023 meeting and the highlighted sections are revisions approved during the February 8, 2024 meeting.  

The 28-day comment period is the first step in changing community rules and is designed to allow homeowners the opportunity to provide feedback on these proposed changes. Your input is valuable to us, and we encourage you to review the proposed changes thoroughly. The Board will review all received comments during their next scheduled meeting on March 13, 2024. Following this review, the Board will make any necessary adjustments and officially implement the approved changes.

Annual Meeting & Regular Session (November 29, 2023)

Attached is the agenda for the regular session board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 6:30pm for your review. This meeting agenda has also been posted on the general notice bulletin board in the community off Tipu Tree Lane.

2023 Annual Meeting: The 2023 Annual Meeting will also be held on this date at 6:30pm. Currently, we have 36 ballots & proxies submitted, but the quorum requirement is 81. You can submit your ballot to the Action Property Management offices via mail or drop-off until November 28, 2023. Alternatively, you may come to the meeting on Wednesday to submit your ballot. Polls will remain open until 7:00pm. We will have extra ballots on hand if you have misplaced yours!
