Design Review Committee Vacancies

Hello Pinehurst Hills Owners!

The Design Review Committee has vacancies and would like to invite interested owners to apply to join the committee!

This committee is assigned broad powers and responsibilities by the Board of Directors to review the aesthetic character of proposed improvements, modifications and alterations to homes. The architectural design of each home should be in harmony with surrounding structures and consistent in style to maintain and enhance Pinehurst Hills as a desirable place to live. The committee makes decisions based on the CC&Rs, Design Guidelines, and aesthetics for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the community as a whole.

If you are interested in serving on the Design Review Committee, please complete the attached Volunteer Form and email to community manager, Valerie Raboin, at vraboin@actionlife.com. The board will review applications in future board meetings and appoint owners with relevant background.

Insect / Rodent Treatment Notification (September 2023)

Hello Pinehurst Hills Owners,

This is a courtesy notice of Insect / Rodent Treatment in the community for September 2023. The scheduled dates of treatment will be as follows:

Monday, September 4, 2023
Monday, September 11, 2023
Monday, September 18, 2023
Monday, September 25, 2023

Please refer to the attached document for a list of the general insecticides and/or rodenticides that will be used in the landscaped common areas throughout the community. This notice will also be posted on the general notice bulletin board off Tipu Tree Lane and is available for further review on your Resident Portal in the Documents folder under My Community.

2023 Mailbox Replacement Project

Hello Pinehurst Hills Owners,

The board recently approved the replacement of the community’s mailboxes considering reports of vandalism earlier in the year. The new mailboxes will be more secure and should drastically reduce mail theft in Pinehurst Hills.

This is a courtesy notice to advise that the project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 and should be completed in approximately 4 weeks. The contractor will be removing and replacing your mailboxes one at a time so mail delivery should only be delayed by one (1) day, if at all. Once the new mailbox has been installed, owners will need to make sure they get their new keys which will be taped on the inside of their respective mailbox.
