28-Day Comment Period for Proposed Red Curb Towing Rule
Posted By vraboin on April 16, 2025
Hello Pinehurst Hills Owners,
At the April 2nd meeting, the Board of Directors approved new language to be added to the Association’s Parking Rules regarding red-painted curbing. This proposed rule is being distributed for a required 28-day member comment period:
Red Curbing – Parking next to red-painted curbing is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle found parked adjacent to red curbing—regardless of duration—will be towed immediately at the owner’s expense, without prior warning. This includes, but is not limited to, red zones designated for fire lanes, emergency access, and visibility clearance near intersections and crosswalks. This rule is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Members are invited to provide feedback on this proposed rule change. Comments may be submitted via email to Valerie Raboin, Community Manager, at vraboin@actionlife.com. The Board will review all feedback and consider official adoption of the revised rule during the next regular session meeting scheduled for:
Wednesday, May 28, 2025 @ 6:30 PM
