Hello Pinehurst Hills Residents,

We would like to provide an important update regarding street sweeping and parking enforcement.

A new patrol company (Patrol One) and a new towing company (Arrow Towing) have been selected to ensure fair, consistent, and professional enforcement moving forward.

✅ Beginning in 2026, street sweeping and parking enforcement will return to business as usual, with the new patrol and towing companies in place.

📋 All existing parking and towing rules remain unchanged. There have been no modifications to the governing documents or enforcement standards.

Please make a reminder:

Street sweeping occurs on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month

⏰ 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

All vehicles must be removed from the street for the entire sweeping window

Vehicles should not be returned to the street after the sweeper passes

Patrol will actively monitor during street sweeping hours. Vehicles found parked on the street during the enforcement period may be cited.

Per the Association’s tow policy (Item #13), vehicles become eligible for towing after three (3) citations within a calendar year (January–December).
