Fall Tree Trimming Coming to Pinehurst Hills

The Board approved our Fall 2026 tree care program at its October meeting, and work is planned for this season. Park West Landscape will perform crown thinning, which removes selected branches to reduce density and let wind pass through the canopy, on trees throughout the common areas. This work helps keep our trees healthy, safe, and attractive. The trees in this program include bottle trees, crapemyrtles, California sycamores, Chinese tallow, redbuds, purple-leaf plums, eucalyptus, and Chinese elms.

Crews will remove all trimming debris from the property, and cleanup will include clearing brush and debris from every affected area. Because the work is in the common areas, your home and yard will not be affected. We ask that you keep children and pets away from the work areas while crews are present for their safety. We will let you know when the work begins, including the start date and the areas being serviced.

Thank you for your patience as we keep Pinehurst Hills beautiful and safe.
